Who we are

What we collect

If you submit the contact form, we collect your name, work email, company, optional company website, use-case description, data type, and any optional timeline or budget range you choose.

We also store the language of the page, the referring page when the browser provides it, and utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign when those parameters are present in the link you used.

We do not ask you to upload files. We do not store passwords, payment details, Turnstile tokens or a full IP address.

Why we collect it

We use this information to evaluate your request and contact you about the proposed project. We do not use the form for a marketing mailing list.

Where it is processed

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Form submissions are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the form was submitted by a person. If email delivery is configured, a notification is sent to the Veyren Systems contact address.

Cloudflare Web Analytics may be used to understand aggregate site traffic. It is intended to run without advertising cookies. We do not add a cookie banner unless non-essential cookies or advertising trackers are introduced.

How long we keep it

Inquiries are kept until they are reviewed and deleted manually. There is no automatic deletion schedule. You can ask us to delete an inquiry by emailing [email protected].

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete the information you submitted, and to complain to a supervisory authority.

This notice describes the current website practice. The wording is marked for review by the owner before it is treated as final legal text.
